Mike - Thank you so much for posting this. It's our nature to try to excuse it as nothing serious, and while it is very admirable to try to "play through" I have lost friends because they thought it wasn't serious... thought it was something else... and didn't call 911.
Thank you Mike... Thank you for the very specific description of what you experienced. I hope all who see this will go back and re-read what Mike has said, and to please be aware of the symptions that he has described.
I also hope that if anyone has additional first hand information that might further help all of us quickly identify the symptoms of when a heart event is happening, that they'll please share their information here.
If you want to be anonymous in your posting, that's 100% fine - just type in a different name or anonymous in the "Author" field... I just want to make sure that all of us have as much information as we can to understand that a heart event is happening, so that you can get the help you need asap, to have the best chance at a better outcome.
I won't mention names here on the board, but we've lost some really good people right here from this board that might still be here with us if they or those with them recognized the symptions and were able to call 911. I miss them, and they should be here, sharing their knowledge and having a few laughs with us....
Your families need you guys... and we need you guys.
