How About a few "4's" for the Fourth?

We've done red, white and blue cars in celebration of Independence Day, and I think no other car represents it as well as Dick Quallio's red, white and blue coupe... with stars on the roof and hood, and stripes on the sides and trunk... and in this case, with the very appropriate "#4" as in "4th of July."

So, here's your 4th of July assignment:  Let us know the name of a driver or two that you remember behind the wheel of a #4, and maybe include a picture if you have one.  If you don't have a picture, please let us know the color of the car/track/approx year to help us all remember the particular #4 that you're describing. 

Dirt, asphalt, open wheel.... whatever you remember... just as long as it has to do with "the #4!"
