As much as I hate to admit NASCAR made the right call. When you look at the head on shot he did have room. I agree the natural reaction would be to move down and in that respect I would let him keep the win. The only problem with that is it would make it a judgement calkl and it is always best to avoid judgement calls. The video is evidence they made the right call with the existing rules. I would say change the rules.
