2 I have come up with are Harry Moore & CHris Skias.
Harry had 8 wins at Reading driving for 5 different owners. Had wins at other tracks also. He was also good in long distance races. I think there is still debating going on for the 71 Boone 200 (some think Harry won it).
Chris Skias had a long career that included a flathead win at Reading, wins at tracks like Circle M (my brother-in-law was on his crew then) and modified wins at Nazareth & Middletown. Often wonder what "the Golden Greek" could have done in a top level car.
