Nascar Major Rule Change for 2019  

I was listening to NASCAR radio today on the way to work. One of the guest speakers was saying that there are teams with engineers that work on the best placement of the decals on the cars to reduce drag. When you have  employees on a race team making six figures, plus benefits, how are you going to reduce costs? He was also saying that back in the 80's a bare block with main caps cost about $250. Today the price is nearly 10K
