3 wide, that picture is the 4th turn which was the high point of the property.  You can see that the land is higher on the infield side there.  Where the problems were is the low point, Puke Hollow.  (turn 2)There was a minor trench there.  The closest I ever saw a car getting to the infield was Bobby Marvin's crash.  It did not get to the "trench".  Cars normally went to the wall (it is the nature of the constant left turn).  (In the dirt days)
