This is only the second original picture that I have seen of Gary driving the #9 coupe. 

The #9 coupe was replaced with the Mulligan built #9 Gremlin, which eventually became the first Ferraiuolo #73 Gremlin.  Along the way, Gary also drove the #73 Ferraiuolo sedan. 

AF-IV could add more to the story but at some point a second #73 Gremlin was built which I don't think ever had quite the handle that the first Mulligan built one had. At somepoint, Gary went to the Statewide team and drove the red #3 Weld car (which was the hottest ride around at that point) for a year or so.  Sometime around the end of the '75 season (?), Mr. Ferraiuolo took a ride to Indy with Mr. Brenn, and would soon be the owner of two Grant King built modifieds.  I don't have the dates/years, but at some point, Gary came back to the Ferraiuolo Team, and took his seat in the King #73.
