My only memory of that grandstand was from an early season show (possibly Easter Sunday) when kids were brought down from the stands and given rides in the cars. I was one of about 4 kids crammed into Bill Wimble's #33. It wasn't comfortable, but I had a great view looking out of the right side opera window of his coupe! When talking to Bill at a book signing, he clearly remember having done that!
