Just 'Thinkin.... Where We Usually Parked at The Races...  

My dad used to go to East Windsor on 539 past the Cream Ridge golf course. There we made a right and took back roads to Airport Road (couldn't tell you the names but for years there was a burned house on one). We came down Airport Rd. in the opposite direction most fans came. Dad always parked on the left side of the main entrance. Since we went home the same way we missed the Airport Road traffic heading to 130.

At Flemingon I have no idea where dad parked the few times we sat in the 1st turn. I parked at the end of the backstretch near the 3rd turn. Again it was much easier getting out using the "back way" and ending up on Route 31.

There are many days I close my eyes and make those trips in my head. I'm sure after all these years some of the those roads are long gone.
