Hey TBONE I think the Burnett cars from 1975/76 to 1977/78 were 24" inside front cross and 28" inside rear crossmember.. would be about 26" in driver area..Thats the main frame and the side bars were quite a bit wider to give you room inside unlike todays cars look narrow inside with straight frame top to bottom..My first car the Falcon was 54 chevy frame with black pipe cage and bracing..HtH
