No it is Joe Edwards raced with him at P'ville knew him real well, used to go and watch the races at Bridgeport with three drivers and their families on Saturday night and we'd race at P'ville on Sunday night. I'm wrong once in awhile but not this time. Joe stopped racing at P'ville in 1979 when the track closed and srarted at Bridgeport. You may be thinking about Gary Elliot who has a septic cleaning business. I'm not absolutely positive about Whitey Kidd.
