I have no clue as to answers to your technical questions. I've followed F1 since I was a kid in the mid 60s. Monza and Monaco are "must watch" races for me because of their storied histories. As Ed mentioned, not much passing during the races, but the standing starts and pit stops under 3 seconds to change all four tires are incredible to watch! Most exciting for me these past several years are the three qualifying sessions held on Saturday. I have in my autograph collection three American grand prix winners: Dan Gurney, Mario Andretti and Peter Revson.
