Received this one in the mail from friend of The Vault Larry Jendras Jr:
.... and it reminded me of this one:
(I flipped the image of the Breeding #1 Weld car horizontally so that it headed the same direction as the #7.) Definitely not the same car, but look like maybe an attempt for the body of the #7 to look like the Weld/Breeding #1.
