Steve: you are correct, it was the 1970 All Star mid week race at Wall. Flemke was in Rubino's #21 that night as per a previous post where that photo or one just like it was discussed. Bodine was running away with it and got tangled up with a lapped car with 1 or 2 to go and Stives in the 29 won the race. I verified with the ARRA site, date was 8/4/1970
