Twins used to be a cool afternoon. Races that meant alot more in the past than now. Races, than either off to the short tracks for Thursday night or to the bar and the latter usually won out.
Truck race, because of it's lesser distance, attracts my attention more than all of them.
The 500 needs to be the 500 because it's "The 500", but I drift away from it quite often while they are just running off laps. The announcers just reach for anything to say to keep it entertaining. I've been to Speedweeks maybe twenty times, the 500 once and only half of it.
