Just read in Area that my old friend Al, has passed away. Long time in a care facility in NY. My best time with Al was driving from NJ to Oswego Speedway, for the classic, long but short drive with Al. Talked the whole time about racing and history, Never realized Rt81 was built on the 6th (dry) finger lake. When we arrived at Oswego, all I was about was my ear hurting from riding we Al! RIP old friend!
