Kevin, I signed up for Flo in January. I thought I was going to be charged $12.50 each month, but when I got my credit card I was charged $150. My brother got charged $150 twice last year and last year I  thought I was signed up but never got signed up. Their Web site is a little primitive but the racing is great. I tried to question them on it and having trouble getting an answer. Maybe you can answer this question is the payment of  $150 a year the only way you can sign up?
