Went to Spirit Speedway (Little Bridgeport) Friday evening with my wife. Likes: $10 adm or you can pay $30 for an all access pit pass. 29 wingless 600 micro sprints, 16 winged 270 micro sprints, and 12 Slingshots (8 all stars and 4 jrs). Show started at 7:30 and ended at 10:35. No dust from the track all night. Good food at reasonable prices. Very competitive racing - 2 and 3 wide throughout the pack all night in all divisions. Reminded me of EWS or Silver Spring Speedway back in the day. They took approx 20 min intermission to re-work the track due to a slight rut in turn 1 which led to superior racing in both micros sprint features. (They ran the Slinge features) before intermission. Top 5 go behind the stands after their feature. Certanly saw $10 worth of races. Dislikes: Would like to see more regular spectators. Most of the people there buy the $30 pass since they are associated with a team which is good. They go back and forth all night between pits and grandstand so there are never more than about 100 people in the stands at any one time. Will prob return for the Skyscraper race later this month
