Yup that's it. Lots of driver interviews on YouTube saying the same thing. Looks like the cat is finally out of the bag. Nascar ignored the imput of the guys who have built these things for years and went with the kids with the laptop. The modifieds went through this when guys were getting killed because the frames were too stiff, so they made the guys put a kickup in the frame to make a crush zone. If you don't learn from the past you are bound to repeat it.
