No apology needed Mdracer.  You are providing info to guys here on the board and that's a good thing.  I might be odd man out as over the past few years I've gotten to where I don't watch anything on TV live, so it becomes a challenge to try "not" to find out who won or get results before I get a chance to watch it (that way it might as well be live because I have no idea what's going to happen!)  I'm pretty new to Flo as my wife got it for me for my birthday this past August, so I've only got about 6 months experience with it, but for me, it's great.

With Flo, I usually go right to the replay section to catch complete events.  This means that  I actually look away when scrolling down from their racing homepage because at the top of their menu they'll sometimes have event results/who won up in the highlight section, and I don't want to see it if I'm going to watch the replay of the event.

The replay events on Flo at first glance look like they're 6 hours long or longer, but I fast forward through track prep, time trials, and then watch the heats, B mains and features.  It takes about 90 minutes, but I feel like I just visited Placerville or Merced, or Ventura... or East Bay.... or Tri Cities.. or Kokomo... and caught the majority of the show, and now have a group of drivers that I look forward to seeing/rooting for/against for each series and/or track.

I have to confess...  I watched all indoor events too in January (St. Louis, Tulsa Shootout, Chili Bowl.)  Enjoyed them all.  Got some new favorite drivers for those too.

Names like Buddy Kufoid, TMez, Justin Grant, Cannon MacIntosh,... or Logan Seavey, Jake Swanson, CJ Leary, Robert Ballou....  Ricky Thorton Jr, Brad Overton, Tyler Erb, Hudson O'Neal...  Kyle Cummins, Jason McDougal, Tanner Thorson...  and a ton more are all drivers that I knew nothing about one year ago, but now know enough that when I see an event again and they are in it, I can build on.... which makes it even more interesting.  Thanks to watching Flo, I now watch events in CA... FL.. Wisconsin... places that I won't ever get to in person, but I've got that fan association now to where I don't want to miss watching those tracks where these racers compete, and that's a lot of races!

Even closer to home... Watching Anthony Macri, Freddy Rahmer, Brent Marks, at tracks like Lincoln and Port Royal....  I try not to miss them either.

My plan for 2023 is to get out to a race locally on just about every Saturday night April to October'ish, (that is, if I can find a local show that can provide an exciting. fun, fast paced show.... One that doesn't waste my time with either meaningless races, or excessive pace laps verifying and re-verifying the line up... or further delaying the show while race control reviews EVERY incident to see if there was "avoidable contact.")  I will also keep watching more events on Flo as mentioned above, and will probably add a lot more names to the list of tracks and drivers mentioned.

There are a lot of really great racers in this country, and most race without mirrors and without spotters.

Also included in my plan for 2023 is to be a lot less NASCAR dependent.  My wife and I sometimes watch NASCAR events (via DVR) together, and she sees me getting aggravated week after week...with drivers taking each other out without consequence... announcers who spend more time shilling for NASCAR than actually just announcing the race..., Drivers getting truck and XFinity rides where level of driving talent is at the very bottom for consideration.... And then there's the social messaging at every turn...

My wife said to me the other day, "I don't even know why you still watch it."

Please don't tell her that she's right... as usual. Undecided
