Brightbill Blue #19 (From Lenny's Tire)  

Many thanks for the clarification. I have a picture (from the Jeff Sandt collection) of Kenny posed with this car in the pits at Harmony. I've learned (thanks to legwork by Rick Shive) that Kenny did not get to actually race that day at Harmony as the rains came and washed out the program. My Harmony race records show that the scheduled modified races of March 22 and March 29 in 1970 were rained out. Perhaps it was one of these shows when the picture was taken.
