How in the world do you???  

Lenny- At my age, they would have to get me around in wheel barrel if I sat in an F-1 car for an hour or so.  The seat contour reminds me of those massaging chairs you always saw at the mall.  But seriously, I'm thinking the F-1 boys put a ton of time and money in designing the most comfortable, efficent seat.  I guess by almost  "laying out" the driver, you are also helping the aero shape of the car.  Scott Ely
