Born in Campbelltown, PA on December 11th, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Earl L. and Ella (Scheetz) Heisey.

Surviving are four children, Debra T. Lotier, wife of Paul of Palmyra, Scott A. Tobias of Mechanicsburg, Tina T. Pyles, wife of Richard of Annville, Richard L. Tobias, Jr., husband of Margaret Ely of Lebanon, nine grandchildren, Crystal, Paul, Michelle, Ronald, Andrew, Dane, Brandon, Cameron, Tanner, seven great grandchildren, and a daughter-in-law, Dianne Tobias. In addition to her husband, Mary was preceded in death by her son, Ronald L. “Ronnie” Tobias, Sr., and four siblings, Pearl Fox, Richard Heisey, Dorothy Kline, and Polly Ulrich. 

A public visitation will be held from 10:00AM-11:00AM on Saturday, December 30th, 2023, at Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 618 E. Main St. Annville, PA 17003. Funeral Services will begin at 11:00AM on Saturday at the Funeral Home. Interment will be held at Kochenderfer’s Cemetery, Lebanon. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the National Fragile X Foundation: fragilex.org, in her memory. Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, Annville is handling arrangements.
