ID Needed  

When I was looking at the thumbnail of this image, I thought it was Buddy Baker, but now that I can see it full size, I don't know who it is.  I think the picture is from Nazareth in the late 60's.  I don't know if it is a driver, track staff, or guest.

It says, "Atco Dragway" on his jacket:

Not really looking for guesses as I'm trying to get the picture posted in the main site with a correct name, but if you know who it is, please let us know and I'll do the rest.
