Penn National was rained out that Sunday so the Statewide Racing Team decided to race at P'ville that night. I believe you are correct, Jimmy Horton finished 2nd to Tony Siscone that night. I remember the Underdog #0 was also nicked named the "Precious Pup". NJ and or Nascar had them move the fuel cell which was originally mounted next to the driver in the right side of the cockpit to behind the rear axel.
