THANK YOU New Egypt Speedway   

Kudos to the NES for an excellent night of racing on a very fast, DUST FREE race track!  The staff did everything to "keep the track" while a shower passed through.  Even though the first race probably got the green flag about an hour late or so, the final feature (crates) ended a little after 10 pm.  A great move by NES to eliminate the intermission, which helped make up some of the time lost to the weather.  The only downer of the night were the bumps (ruts, holes?) that developed in the corners. Given the weather, I doubt anything could have been done in a timely fashion to eliminate the bumps. Again, thank you New Egypt for a great show last night.  I'm definitely coming back!   Scott Ely
