Going to Pocono from Hershey, PA

I'm going to Pocono for the first time in over 30 years in June. Heading there from Hershey, PA. I assume traffic is still a nightmare at Pocono so how much time should I allot for a ride to the track from the Harrisburg, PA area ? Google maps says it's a little under 2 hours. What time should I leave so we arrive before the roads around Pocono Raceway become gridlocked?
