Chic put together a new hot rod (in 1977?) based on a Tobias chassis and a Vega body that he got from Tilghman's Used Auto Parts on Rt. 68, Jobstown. The car got destroyed near the end of the season at Windsor. Over the following winter, Chic repaired the Tobias and hung a '37 Ford coupe body that he had from the Tobias/ Vega's predecessor.
