Kenny Weld didn't race at Flemington much, but I saw him win a feature there and this might have been the night. I think it may have been twin 20s.Anyway, Kenny ran a very unorthodox line that was more like 4 separate straightaways rather than the usual square/circle that we were all accustomed to. It amazed everyone that he was able to run really quick laps that way. That win spawned all kinds of theories from the rail birds...big engine...trick slipper transmission magic tires etc. Kenny was a brilliant guy
