The sportman car had a flat back, the modified was a chevy hump back body not sure of the year anymore. Our family and the Varga's were good friends and my older brother Gary would take me to there shop once in awhile to watch the modified being built. At 12 years old it pegged my cool meter and hooked me on racing to this day Something else that was neat, the motor that was in that chevy hump back a inline six was given to my brother Gary. It then found its way into an avery tractor we had at the farm. Used the chevy three speed coupled to the tractor trans. The thing would go 40 MPH and could wheelie anytime you wanted man was that thing fun. Back to the question 427 ford injected |
