We watched a couple videos about the Chastain incident. I think Kenny Wallace said Ross started looking at the wall with 5 laps to go looking for gaps in the SAFER wall. So yes it was definitely premeditated.
Also, you owe it to yourself to watch the clips Kenny Wallace uploads on YouTube several times a week. He is hilarious.
