Following the great research that Jeff Hardifer provided (www.wallycampbell.com), we recently added a "Hope Chapel Memories" section to the main site, including a few pictures provided by Tom Wardell whose father Al Wardell won quite a few events at the early 1950's oval, located in the Lakewood/Jackson area in Ocean County NJ.  Here's the link:

Yes,he did drive a car for the kremer's for 5 years.
