My '37 slant back project that was gonna be a 2 month tun deal, is in the 2nd year now. Today I put paint on the tin. Well most of it anyhow, I forgot to paint the damn hood. Ya know the feeling ya get when your error sinks in ? Note it leaning against the rack. Stupid old man........

It's only time right Gene?  I know folks that never get that far with their projects.  Accumulate a bunch of stuff, but then it never gets completed.  (I resemble that remark!)

Yes Joe it was for his project, I bought this spray from Summit Racing that melted that tar stuff off like magic. It seems to take so much longer to get things done anymore, heck, 40 years ago, I woulda' had this car done in 2 weeks; while workin' 2 full time jobs so I'd have the money for it. Not to mention kids, a wife, an a girlfriend too. Now it's just me & ole Dusty... and he won't chase a stick or a ball anymore. Hope to have this '37 ready for the North Turn Parade to kickstart Daytona.
