sorry folks i am old school. i want 13 degrees with a steady 25-30 mph wind coming out of the sand pit in our face.  thats how is was in the early years. separate the men from the boys. the best of the best in the day ran in it. no reason they cant now. yes my wife says a nuts!!!!! 

Bill, step away from the keyboard!  I put you on our pit list, but I'm not racing,  so I'm not sure where that goes.  I'm pretty sure you can just sign in at the back gate, Richie Evan's hat and all. 

One of the coldest I've ever been was one year at Turkey Derby with friend of the board here "Woodsplitter"... trying to cook pork roll roll on a small grill in the parking lot before Saturday's show.  It was so cloudy and cold...  Just plain raw.   I don't think the fire wanted to stay lit....

I'll take a cool day, but prefer if the sun is out... and no wind.

Wish they would have the vintage cars. Maybe I'll drag one over in protest!

Tomorrow is the local racers day. Sportsman, Factory Stocks, Modifieds and Fast Fours racing in that order. Features start at 3pm perfect time of the day to feel the effects of November weather ;>)
