In my letter to Santa I impressed upon him what a good boy I've been this year and asked if his elves could make an early delivery of my Coastal 181 book requests.  And Santa and his elves came through for me, delivering 'An American Racer-Bobby Marshman and the Indianapolis 500' and 'Penske's Maestro-Karl Kainhofer and the History of Penske Racing' a few weeks ago. I just finished the Kainhofer book, a fascinating read. I'm now a few chapters into the Marshman book, another fantastic read. Both books are filled with great pictures. Special thanks to the great folks at Coastal 181 for allowing Santa's elves early access to get those books to me!

I gave all my Grandchildren,my wife, and my son, my Christmas list from 181. Now let's just see how Santa comes thru.
