Thought I'd share photos of the model of Dick Lewis' Studebaker that he ran in the 60s.  It was built by my cousin Buck Kelly.  Buck, who worked at Raceway Speed Center, got to know Dick through his numerous visits to the speed shop.  Buck said the biggest challenge was coming up with the hot rod's color, which was 'persimmon".  Scott Ely

Nice job.  I agree, matching colors for models is a challenge.

Hey Bubble Googles, Yes he is!  He used to play with Ernie White's band "Off White" in the Trenton area back in the 70s.  He currently plays with "Sneek Box", a classic rock band that plays at the Saw Mill in Seaside as well as other Jersey shore locations.  Scott Ely
