My favorite Jim Hendrickson story as told by Tony Ferrante Senior. They were in victory Lane after the Freeport 400, Maynard Troyer finished second and said to Jim, if he had one or two more laps he would have passed him. Jim's reply was "you had 400". Lol |

Notice the board missing in the 2nd photo. The section is to close to that telephone. At least now Wall has all metal gaurdrails. On another note could that be the Garden State Classic ? All the trees have leaves on them. |

1975 was year they had a fall races ,day shows.Most trees at Wall are pine tree. Charlie J won one on a flat tire. And wasn't there rule a back in the day about running the 300 you had to make 3 starts before the G.S.C. to run in it? |
