I was talking to Vault Supporter Jess Buffalino (Rayco Automotive) earlier today and he said that they could use some additional crew help this year for the #126 modified driven by Dom Buffalino (either in the shop or in the pits on race night.)

The car is kept in the Sayreville area and they work on the racecar during the weeknights.  The team will be running at Big Diamond on Friday, and Saturday's at Bridgeport, along with Deyo STSS events.

I've been friends with the Buffalino family since I was about 12 years old (Grandfather Dominic used to take me to Flemington when my dad couldn't go back in the 70's) and it would be really cool if someone from our board would be able to help out this year on this winning race team either in the pits or at the track.

Maybe you've stepped away from the sport but have more to offer....  Maybe you're in the area and can only help out on ocassion at the racecar shop, or at the track.... Maybe you've been looking for a way to be more involved in the sport...

the last years of the goodlooking modifieds

The Buffalino's are awesome people. Dominic is a great guy to be around, always fun and happy, but as serious racer as could be. Teams like this need help, they could always use a "go fer",  another set of hands and eyes to help in the tasks of racing. Engines and parts need to be moved around to the builders, driving them there is a huge help to a team.   After every race, cleaning the car, trailer, tires, tools etc. always needs a few hands to perform this.

Dom is in first class equipment, so you're not working on patched up stuff. There's nothing more rewarding than working with a team and going to Victory Lane and Dom is good at that!
