Bob's actually on his way down after getting over Herm Versnel's RF tire. The others in the picture are Fred Clayton in the 66 and Norm Janwich coming into view. |

Great photos from the best era of Saturday night racing (for me anyway). That's the Furslew 2 Jr on the inside of Woody Johnson's 68 (Dave Hulse driving) and Charlie Kremer in the family owned 77 sedan right behind. Not sure who was driving the 2 Jr at this point although I recall hearing somewhere that Tommie Elliott was in the 2 Jr sedan. Scott Ely |

Thanks, Steve re: pic #5. It makes more sense now. Prob broke the LF tie rod after impact, and Bob wisely has both hands off of the steering wheel to prevent broken wrist or broken arm |
