Bob begged Glenn Donally not to allow independent front ends as they would become necessary for a team to be competive but Glenn wouldnt listen. Bob and Taylor built a- frame cars (lots of time and money) and dominated. Then Glenn outlawed the suspension. |

Roger, didn't Taylor and Hoffman show up at Nazareth with a car with a straight front axle with ball joints where the kingpins would be and an upper control arm so it was kind of a morphidite independent front end that used an axle. Good idea but I don't think they let him run it. |
