How many tracks have you been to? It's not too hard to do. Count state by state, than think of the different series you have seen and where?  New configurations I count as a new track. Tracks like Bridgeport count as four. I only count if I have seen a race at it or participated at a track. Adding tracks that have a Quarter Midget track, but you did not see a race Quarter Midget race, don't count. I only count tracks that race some type of car or truck (4wheeled) and not motorcycle tracks eg. Englishtown Raceway Park drag strip and Motocross.

Kevin-  Guess I'm a light weight.  I come up with a total of 26 speedways, in no certain order, that I've been to from 1954 thru the present.  From memory, I've been to the original New Egypt Speedway (1/4 asphalt), Old Bridge Speedway, Vineland Speedway, Arneys Mount Speedway, Hightstown Speedway (1/4 asphalt), Atlantic City Speedway, Wall Stadium, Langhorne Speedway (both dirt & asphalt), Trenton Speedway (both 1 mile & 1 1/2 mile), Syacuse, Weedsport, Orange Co Fair Speedway, Flemington Speedway (both dirt & asphalt), East Windsor Speedway, Bridgeport Speedway (both 5/8s & 3/8s), Nazareth (1/2 mile) Speedway, Nazareth (1 1/8 mile) Speedway,Dover Speedway, Rockingham Speedway, New Jersey Motorsports Park, Trenton Arena (midget races) and Grandview Speedway.  Hopefully, my math is on point.  Scott Ely

After hitting Island Dragway for the first time a few weeks ago, that only put me at 61 tracks ever. I stay on 'the porch' too much, I guess.

There are no light weights. Anything over 10 is a lot. Think about it. The travel time alone getting to and from a track. Not many people live within an hour of three or four tracks.

With the addition of 5 new tracks (Okaloosa, I55 Pevely, English Creek, Lakesidse & Marshalltown) from last week's tour during Knoxville Nationals my track count stands at 195 in 24 different states. Hope to get to 200 by year end.

43 that i came up with off the top of my head, of those, my favorites are Grandview for sentimental reasons, Bridgeport 5/8 for the flat out, balls to the walls, fantastic racing (i miss you old friend), and Penn National due to the sheer talent of the field there and the fact that with probably close to 100 visits there (not an exact figure), i can't recall a snoozer of a race.....ever !

 Least Favorite are Oswego as they are trying too hard to reimagine something that simply is not there...too much hype creates too high of a bar to achieve....they don't !

Boardwalk Hall, Allentown indoor venue....racing is simply not good. Pretty much a yellow every other lap...if you're lucky !

Unpopular opinion :Never really enjoyed East Windsor-went many many times and enjoyed the atmosphere, but the racing itself i found to be boring. With it's paperclip shape, the cars flew down the straights, but then almost came to a stop coming into the turns. That third heat was always talent laden though !

I went to Reading for a swap meet when I was a kid but never got to see a race there.  Such a regret.

When I was a kid we used to go watch my nephew race at a cart track but I don't remember exactly the name.  Something like Rick-Rah. Anyone know it?
