wife and i are taking the trip up on thursday. been many years sence ive been thier looking forward to it. could someone suggest a nice place to get a beer and burger on the way home. nice local place she wanted to go to larsons turkey farm had to let her down easy lol. thanks folks |

Where are you driving from? Larison's Turkey Farm hasn't been in business for quite a while...was a great place to go. I live in Flemington so I can give you some tips on burger/beer joints. |

thank you so much barbra we will be coming up from jackson taking 295 to the fair. my wife and i would love to fine a nice place thats up your way. we are making a day of it. been along time cant wait. thanks again i will be wearing my purple flemingtom hat |

On Route 202-31 Northbound outside of Ringoes is a decent & relatively inexpensive diner called Golden Star Diner. If you prefer enjoying cocktails with a meal, there's Chimney Rock Inn on Route 31 just past the Church Street intersection. It's across from Wright-Ford Funeral Home. Lots of places I could have chosen for you are no longer here. Enjoy the fair! |
