Not a Philly fan at all but live in what's considered a Philly suburb. Just found out that my local NBC station (ch. 10 on Fios) is choosing to televise tonite's Eagles "preseason" game rather than the last Nascar race before the playoffs. Obviously the majority of my neigbors would probably rather watch the Eagles but I'm not happy about it. Hell, I'm a Giants fan and I wouldn't watch, or go to, a Giants preseason game if you paid me. Although lately, that probably goes for the regular season Giants games also. Scott Ely |

Same here in N. Jersey. the guide on the Tv sez Coke Zero 400 from 7-11 but I'm stuck watching a replay of the 2018 FedEx cup while the live golf tournament is in a rain delay. Shame on NBC! |

They switched over from golf to the race and it's raining pretty heavy in Daytona. The radar is showing rain for the next few hours at least. |

Daytona is on in Flemington.NBC probably figured since it's raining in Florida ,.may as well show the golf game.That might have a chance of getting completed. |

In the Philadelphia area, even preseason Eagles football trumps NASCAR, even an important race (when I watched,every race was important). I'm switching between the Phillies and Eagles , while also following the All Stars on Racemonitor, didn't even realize there was a Cup race. |

Was pleased to learn that Daytona last night was postponed to day do to the weather. So I DVR 3 0r 4 NBC shows starting at 10 am today, extending tthere's about 60 laps left in the race. Guess I'm not meant to watch the damn thing. Scott Ely |

agree 100% scott !! i am a lifelong eagles fan , and i wouldn't , with free tickets , waste the $$$ for gas to drive to the linc. in philly to see an eagles preseason game --- i have comcast , and get ny & philly stations , but the ny nbc sports version said it was on peacock ??!! and i don't get peacock !! bottom line : just sucks , is what it does-- blessings !! bill----------------- |
