An article just popped up in my newsfeed stating that the zoning has been denied. I was able to read about two sentences before they told me that I had to subscribe to read the rest of the story. It was in the Reading Eagle, but I have no desire to subscribe to it, so I'll just wait to read it somewhere when it is free. What does any of this mean.....I have no idea. |

Uncle Tom....my HOPE is that it means G-View will live on for a lttle longer ! Of course there may be other offers on the plate. |

The article says it was denied because Copart wants to auction equipment and trailers. It is not zoned for that. It also says they revised the request and it is under review. |

this week's AARN...Copart's zoning variance application was denied (not rejected) and returned for correction. Nothing else about the proposed sale was discussed at the township meeting. |

Sounds like just a "bump in the road" in Copart acquiring Grandview. Personally, I'm hoping its enough of a bump to allow Grandview to run at least part of 2023. Scott Ely |
