my mom was a huge joe willie fan for alot of years. when she was ill and failing i asked her if she regerted any thing she said yes only 1 thing "that joe namath never had a son" i remember it to this day. lost mom at 86 2 people you did not bad mouth in front of her richard nixson and joe namath. |

I've been a fan since Joe signed his Jets contract; put up with a lot of grief & aggravation, but I'm loyal to Gangrene & especially Joe. Your mom & I sure had something in common...a nice guy to admire when there are a lot of morons out there. Sorry you lost her. My dad wasn't much of a football fan until Joe came along. |
