We're starting off the new year with a few changes to the homepage of the main site that I hope you guys will check out when you have a chance (like maybe right after you finish reading this!)

Near the top, you'll see our site sponsors, who help us keep the lights on around here... Fredon Development Industries (FDI), Coastal 181, Garden State Vintage Stock Car Club (GSVSCC), On Track Auto, Rayco Automotive of East Brunswick, and The Mini Shed.

Just below our sponsor table, you'll find two recent new additions to our homepage that I really enjoy checking out just about daily, and I think you will too.  They are "COASTAL 181 PHOTO OF THE DAY" and from the "Wheels of Speed" website, "THIS DAY IN MOTORSPORTS."  We have moved their banners to a new location to make it easier for you guys to find, and hopefully enjoy as much as we do.

Under the "Coastal 181" and "Wheels of Speed" banners, you'll find our index tables including "Catagory Index", "Speedway Memories Index", and "Other Interesting Stuff."  I guess you could say that those catagories are kind of the meat and potatoes of The Vault... (Our apoligies to all vegetarians out there.....)

Below the Index Tables, we split the page down the middle.  You'll find "Our Racing Community News" on the left side of the page, and "Front Page Features" on the right side.  Also on the right side, we've added the "Archives of The Vault" section, which is where you'll find pictures and other interesting stuff that at one time had been featured on our homepage... sometime over the past 17 years!

....We've got a great mix of folks who have been with us for years and years, (some know the contents of 3 Wide's Picture Vault better than I do) along with some great "newer" friends of The Vault, who only found us just recently... and even a few who only know us from visiting here on our Message Vault.

When you have a few minutes (hours? ) to spend..., take a stroll over to www.3WidesPictureVault.com and check out our revamped homepage for 2023.

Thanks Lenny for your very interesting recent "thread starters."  I've known you for almost 20 years and you've always had a lot of originality, and great ideas for things.  I think they call that "an idea man!"  You also have a way of seeing things through and getting things done.

I'm sure I speak for a bunch of folks here on the board when I say thanks for always looking at things in a new way, and giving us new/different stuff to think about and enjoy.

I say it all the time that this board works because of you guys, and having folks (other than me) start new discussions/post interesting pictures keeps things new around here....  You never know what you'll find on your next visit, and as a Vault Visitor, that's what I like!
