Looking thru my Langhorne programs i would say the car #21 is Cliff Tyler Jr in a 1968 Camaro. |

The coupe looks like it's pony wheel (left front) detached for whatever reason. The Camaro had no where to go. Good sportsmanship between the drivers afterwards, not like today. |
