....just  had to send our friends at GoDaddy $179.64 to renew one of the different services they provide to keep our old clunker of a website (built with Frontpage 98! over 20 years ago) up and running.

I don't mind the time spent in scanning, prepping/correcting/scaling/embedding images, posting images/creating new sections for the main site, as well as moderating the Message Vault, but I definitely don't get any enjoyment from sending out checks/other pay options as needed to keep the lights on. 

We do thank FDI, Coastal 181, On Track Auto and Rayco Automotive for their direct support to help us bring the site to you.  We also have a couple of guys out there that have been known to surprise us with their support of the site as well.  They like to remain anonymous so I won't mention you Greg and Gene...  (oops... sorry , but thank you Greg and Gene! .) 

I am hoping that we can secure one or more sponsors as we move into 2023 and possibly beyond.

By the way, to save costs, and because we don't sell any products, we closed out the PO Box that we had previously made available for the past 15 years, so to reach us, please email if you need our new mailing address at 3 Wide @ opt on line .net  (no spaces).

Not able to foot the whole bill but I'd be glad to send a check for $ 20 or so.   When I read this post I thought, "The enjoyment I get out out of 3Wide, on just about a daily basis, is easily worth $20 to me".  Hopefully there's a few other 3Widers that feel the same way.  I will be sending an email to get a mailing address.

Wow! - Hey guys, thank you to all who responded.  It is really appreciated, so again, thank you.

This isn't a profit center deal here... just a huge time sponge that brings a lot of enjoyment to a bunch of racing folks, and that includes me, so the support for some of the expenses is greatly appreciated.

It's a lot of fun behind the curtain here, and honestly, scanning and posting never before scene images from 30, 40, 50 years or more sometimes feels like Christmas morning over and over again.  I hope you guys get the same enjoyment in seeing images posted here on The Message Vault, and those posted in The Picture Vault, that make us all remember...

For those who hadn't already emailed me, we'll be in good shape here, and even though it's almost 10 months away, please hold off at this point as we'll want you to be "close by" when it's time to support the next Matheny Christmas event, as so many of you have done for each year.
