...there's really not a lot of "home grown" pictures from the pits/infield at Flemington.

I was going through some older folders that I had and realized I had never posted these before.  While not shot with a high $ camera, to me, they still capture the feel of being in the pits/infield at Flemington back in the mid 70's.

Pictures provided a while ago by Andy Horne, who drove the #15 in the picture below.

There is no need to be concerned about posting photos shot with cheap cameras.  Some years back perhaps it made a difference, but now, after all these years, our eyes can't tell what sorta camera was used. What is important is how our hearts relate to those kinda-focused photos.

My first year original # 8 in the top corner. wrecked it second time out that looks like rebuild number two
