this is me [paul aydelotte in 1962.i had to have a shirt with the character just like what was on al tasnadys car so there is that and if you look behind me that is a racetrack i made with clay from flemington in my back yard.spent many a day out there.i was 4 years old in this picture

Thanks for posting this Paul.  A picture like this brings back memories for a lot of us from what we did as kids when it came to racing. 

I don't think I had a racing related shirt until I was much older, but racing was still all around if you looked... 

HO cars with the bodies cut up/painted to look like my favorites... Carving out a little oval track somewhere in the dirt to ride my bike around over and over again, usually wearing a red paisley bandana over the lower part of my face...  (Hey for you guys laughing out there, you probably did it too... but at least I stopped when I got around 12 or so!  )
